The BOB Heritage Ltd is an independent, advisory-led real estate firm operating across Mauritius. We advise private clients, investors, and organisations on premium residential, commercial, and specialised properties — acting exclusively in our clients' best interests.
Our role is not driven by transaction volume or marketing exposure. Instead, we focus on providing objective guidance on value, strategy, and execution — enabling our clients to make informed, well-judged decisions in matters where capital, legacy, and reputation are at stake.
Founder
Saïndra (Shaan) Bobeechun
MRICS
Mr. Bobeechun holds a BSc in Real Estate, specialising in valuation and asset management, from the Henley Business School at the University of Reading, UK, and is currently pursuing an MBA with Liverpool John Moores University.
He is a professional member and registered valuer of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 2017. With approximately 11 years of property experience, Mr. Bobeechun has been involved in market studies, expert advice, and brokerage of multiple asset types — including residential, office, retail, industrial, and specialised properties.
